Kofepea reserves the right to refuse service based on project complexity, safety concerns, or resource availability. Our services are subject to weather conditions, material availability, and local permit requirements. Service estimates are approximate and may vary based on unforeseen circumstances discovered during work execution. We do not guarantee completion times for projects requiring specialized permits or inspections beyond our control.
All content on the Kofepea website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is the exclusive property of Kofepea and protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. Any original designs, plans, or solutions created by Kofepea during service provision remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Kofepea's liability is limited to the value of services provided for the specific project in question. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss. Our liability for property damage is limited to our insurance coverage limits. Users acknowledge that renovation work inherently carries risks of unforeseen complications in older structures or hidden defects.
Payment terms are established per project agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in individual contracts. Kofepea reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts. All prices are subject to change based on material costs and labor market conditions. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with local arbitration rules. Users waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against Kofepea. The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs.
Kofepea respects user privacy and handles personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We collect only necessary information for service provision and do not share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law. Users have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information.
Either party may terminate service agreements with appropriate notice as specified in individual contracts. Kofepea reserves the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms, safety violations, or non-payment. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations remain in effect, and users must compensate for work completed to date.
These Terms and Conditions are effective immediately upon posting and govern all use of Kofepea services.
